The Best Aquarium I have seen in Oz so clean easy to navigate around and all types of fish and Coral.
Being a marine enthusiast myself I can understand the amount of effort that must go into keeping the Aquarium in the condition it is in. It is a credit to the owners and the staff that work there. The aquarium is fantastic for young and old and the display of both fresh and marine are awesome and easy to navigate. Best Aquarium in Oz.
Great experience at Cairns Aquarium in the Cairns City.
We had a great couple of hours at Cairns Aquarium. Although it's not as big as Sydney SEA LIFE, it focuses mostly on reefs and tropical flora and fauna. It has a great display and also has many educative presentations every 30 min, which is great. We enjoyed 2-3 hrs easily there.
Cairns locals visiting aquarium for the first time!
Our visit to the Cairns Aquarium exceeded our expectations! We learned and saw a lot about the marine life in the Great Barrier Reef, about the Barramundi and even about insects! The aquarium is big, which doesn't seem like it from the outside, it was incredible!
